4)When ‘above average’ isn’t good enough
OMG!!! The reason that I tot it was so omg was the fact that this article was written by a volunteer from PAP, "feedbacking" to PAP ministers. This is like slapping in your own face. The volunteer could have used a better method to "feedback".

Well, personally I tot both the ministers and the writer are both right, since my views usually lies in between. The reason why it is so is such that I really tot that many things should be answered with "It depends..."  (like how we're trained to write essays, esp when we 1st started out).

However, as a minister or a writer, usually in many many cases they're (unofficially) not allowed to write/say "it depends" cos' this will again be insulted by ppl saying that they're not decisive, no leadership, etc. In my view, however, it is true that many answers to a question (besides those mathematically formulated ones), answers r supposed to be depending on each individual scenarios. Hence no general perspectives shld be critizied.
